Hello, my name is Gregg Gilmore.

That's me in the picture above, standing in front of a family portrait painted by my son.

That portrait inspired me. I thought if a six-year-old could paint something I loved so much, then maybe I could too.

So, I drew this self-portrait > 

and my wife said, "That's good," and then my mother-in-law in Japan said the same thing.

Ever since then, I've been drawing or painting almost every day.

I think less, talk less, and sleep better.
